My belief: bring warmth to speed, and make travel simpler.

Hello, this is “Fenghuolun Travel (风火轮出行),” and I am Char, the person behind it.

I am a programmer. “Solving problems with code and improving experiences with data” is how I think professionally; efficiency, practicality, getting to the point and solving pain points are how I work. This professional background naturally underpins every service at “Fenghuolun Travel.” If technology brings logic and order, travel services bring passion and light into my life. Two seemingly parallel paths have met in an unexpected way, creating a different service experience.

“Fenghuolun Travel” took shape during the pandemic. In those years, we did everything we could to secure flights between China and Canada, continually following changes to testing and quarantine policies. What began with helping family and friends grew to include friends of friends and unfamiliar travelers. “Fenghuolun Travel” grew quickly, and its efficient, caring service benefited countless families, from elderly travelers to infants in bassinets.

Today, with global channels that we continue to build, “Fenghuolun Travel” has expanded into six core areas: flight offers, premium accommodation, one-stop vacations, cruise journeys, cultural travel and North American getaways. We use technical thinking to bring travel options together, aiming to offer choices that are precise, good value and high quality.

My idea—and the vision of “Fenghuolun Travel”—is simple: bring warmth to speed, and make travel simpler. I believe our logic and enthusiasm can light up a different kind of journey for you.
