OnTheGo
Develop Your Cruise & Group Expertise
Cruise planning connects an itinerary with traveler needs, booking conditions and service arrangements. OnTheGo helps advisors discuss specific cruise, group and themed products with suppliers.
Start with Traveler Needs
Cruise travel calls for product knowledge. Advisors draw on host, cruise-line and industry resources to understand the options. Start with travelers’ preferences and needs, then discuss suitable products and supplier conditions so that knowledge serves the journey.
A family trip, first cruise or themed group may call for discussions about routes, timing, cabin arrangements, shore activities and connections. These are planning considerations, not a set itinerary or an all-inclusive service package.
Design Cruise, Group and Themed Products
OnTheGo can assist with cruise, group and specialist product design, connecting participant needs and themes with supplier conditions. Experienced advisors can develop products around the clients and specialties they know.
Community Hosts / Creators may contribute content, community work and agreed organization. Regulated travel transactions, including quotations, sales, contracts, bookings and payments, are handled by an appropriately qualified travel business. Responsibilities and compensation for the two paths are agreed separately.
Coordinate Suppliers and Commercial Terms
The team can assist with supplier coordination and business discussions about contract terms, deposits, attrition and cancellation policies. Organizing dates, numbers, needs and key conditions helps identify the questions to take to a supplier.
Products, cabins, prices and conditions depend on the supplier and project. Assistance with commercial terms is not legal advice. Responsibilities for quotations, payments and fulfillment should be clear in applicable contracts and collaboration arrangements.
Connect Learning with Operations
Supplier information, industry training opportunities and ongoing learning can deepen cruise and specialist product knowledge. Formal Orientation introduces collaboration processes; operating support connects business information, orders and commission records.
Languages and participation conditions vary across supplier training and resources. The 50%–90% advisor share applies to applicable distributable commission, not a cruise price or the supplier commission rate. See Commission for calculation and settlement details, or contact the team about your product direction and interest in collaborating.
