Learning Beyond the First Step

Start with business foundations and continue learning as your clients and product interests develop. OnTheGo provides formal Orientation and ongoing training support to connect knowledge with practical advisor work.

Formal Orientation

Entry communication covers business foundations, understanding client needs, product and supplier knowledge, and current information and booking record requirements. Complete the applicable review, training and activation procedures before conducting business.

Advisor onboarding communication is available in Chinese. Course, material and tool languages depend on what is provided; not every course or system is available in Chinese.

Different Learning Needs

New advisors can build foundations in business, client communication and booking processes. Prior industry experience is not required, but the applicable entry procedures still apply.

Experienced advisors can discuss further learning around their clients, product specialisms and operating approach, including group or cruise knowledge and supplier conditions. Specific learning content follows current arrangements.

Ongoing and Supplier Learning

Professional growth continues after Orientation. Ongoing support can connect business questions and product interests with training opportunities offered by suppliers.

Participation conditions, material languages and availability differ across learning opportunities. Ask the team about arrangements that fit your needs.

Connect Learning with Business

Tell the team about your experience, clients and product direction, then explore applicable learning and existing tools. Operations explains record coordination, while Benefits helps you understand support for your business.

With a clear interest in collaborating, discuss your learning needs with the team and explore applicable fee options, service information and terms.
