Eligibility
Primarily for applicants in Canada, excluding Quebec. No prior travel industry experience is required. Before conducting business, you must complete the applicable review, training and activation procedures.
Applications from other regions are considered individually; acceptance does not promise local travel-selling eligibility. Tell us your place of residence, status and work authorization, and intended business market.
Business Model & Responsibilities
Collaboration uses the current Independent Contractor (IC) agreement. Build around your clients and product interests. OnTheGo supports personal brands; DBAs require approval under applicable rules. Your arrangements define the business entity, permissions and responsibilities.
There is no minimum sales requirement. Client information, supplier registration, booking records and commissions must follow business processes. Independent operation still carries the responsibilities in your agreement.
Support Services
Chinese-speaking support is available for advisor consultation, onboarding communication and day-to-day business operations. You are welcome whatever your background; training courses, supplier services and third-party systems may differ in language.
- Industry and supplier resources, training and professional growth.
- Client and booking records, operating processes and real team communication.
- Marketing and available digital tools, with group and specialized product support.
Explore service areas and situations in Six Areas of Host Support. Discuss the courses, tools and team support that suit your needs.
Collaboration Fees
Contact OnTheGo with your business direction and a clear interest in collaborating. Our team will then provide the applicable fee options, service information and full collaboration terms so you can make an informed decision.
Commission & Settlement
Advisor commission shares range from 50%–90%, under the applicable collaboration arrangements. Commissions are settled monthly, without a guaranteed payment date or income.
The 50%–90% range is the advisor’s share of applicable distributable commission, not a commission rate on the total travel sale. A supplier commission rate describes what the supplier pays for a booking; it is a different calculation.
Before collaboration, the team explains the applicable calculation basis, allocation conditions, business records and reconciliation requirements. Specific tiers, deductions, cancellations, refunds and outstanding business after exit are governed by the current IC agreement and collaboration terms.
